  The views! Awesome view of the ocean and the surfers trying to catch the right wave. Huge room with balcony seemed so private and quiet in this fairly busy place. Bathroom behind slats from bedroom, but could see the view from the bath too! We were warned that our first allocated room may be noisy since under the restaurant - and they kindly mo... was die leute sagen » ved us to the top floor. I'm sure the first room would have been fine though. Could walk for miles from the beach entrance...just lovely. - Staff: warm, friendly, helpful, engaging...couldn't ask for better. Food in hotel restaurant: amazing! Menu is unique, tantalizing, creative...truly a gourmet delight. The breakfast is perfect! Accommodations: impeccable, clean, quiet, comfortable, luxurious...and we could leave the windows open for fresh sea breeze. Location: remote enough to be unspoiled, close to marvellous trails and beaches.

  LOVED the beach: wide at low tide and beautiful walking. It's a surfer's destination and they were out in March in wetsuits!! Fun to watch. I want to go back and try it in the summer. Resort is clean, well designed, modern, efficient, comfortable...it was great. I"d travel back across the continent again just to stay here. It was off-season and ... was die leute sagen » the price was appealing too! - The units are very private, well appointed and fairly new. The unit provides all the dishes and utensils you need to cook a meal. There is a shared BBQ available, lounge, hot tub and observation room for storm watching. Located on Cox Bay it is easy access to a lovely beach.
