  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it.   We really did get our money's worth. Huge selection of the breakfast bar which was included in the room rate. We had a couple of small issues with Internet and people smoking outside right by the entrance but both were resolved immediately. Staff were incredibly friendly. I look forward to staying in Lethbridge at the Lethbridge Lodge again when I am lucky enough to be in town.

Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal.
