  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out.   We've stayed with 2 little children. The room was pretty big for all of us. Stuff was friendly and answered my requests. I checked out at 11:00 and asked to keep our 5 big bags in the locker for a couple more hours. They allowed me to do it and actually I came back some 12 hours later to take it.   The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. I liked the efficienty kitchen & that fact that the bedroom was separate from the main area. I like the extra emenities - ie: popcorn for late-night snack, plus fresh fruit, juice/water, & ... was die leute sagen » cookes available in the front entrance. The breakfast was fantastic - large selection of hot & cold items. The free shuttle was an added bonus - - Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. We had a couple of small issues with Internet and people smoking outside right by the entrance but both were resolved immediately. Staff were incredibly friendly. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal.   We had to cancel our original two nights hotel booking in Banff due to the Hwy 1 road closure caused by the disastrous flooding. We had to change our itinerary and travel through Red Deer to get to Jasper/Banff. A beautiful mountain cottage/chalet setting with a stunning view, a spacious and very well equipped one bedroom apartment was a nice ch - The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

  I love that it close to walk to do shopping. Lots of shopping and places to eat close by. We had a king suite it was nice and roomy as we we stayed 4 nights.
