Right after the booking online, I was contacted shortly by Pier 21 directly to confirm the booking. The lobby and bar are very relaxing and not far from the centre of the city although for some it might be a bit of a walk. There is a free hotel bus to town in the morning and a free community bus run that stops close by. Parking in the hotel is easy as well. The restaurant on the street level is very good and can be booked to the room.

Their attention to detail is what stood out for us, plus everything in the room worked and it was immaculately clean. So much better than some of the other places we've stayed in WA in the last 3 weeks. The restaurant is also fantastic, great food and service - we can recommend the Thai chicken and the fillet steak - we wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return in future.
