Easy to find, easy to get parking unlike inner city hotels were its one way streets and double parking just to check in. The villas are very clean and comfortable - we stayed in the 3 bedroom 3 bath exec villa and they are surrounded by lovely gardens with grassed areas big enough to play ball, running races etc for the kids. I found the receptionist on arrival very negative and did not explain the credit card imprint until I asked the question. Gave me map but didn't explain very clearly..took 5 minutes outside in cold weather to orientate myself as it was dark too. On the other hand the receptionist I had in the morning on check-out was very helpful and positive.

I really like the design of the hotel, with the indoor pool and the spa being in the centre. Its quite unique and different. The restaurant was lovely and affordable.
Also the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and polite.
I would definitely return to atrium hotel if i got the chance. It is lovely and you get your moneys worth.
