  I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

  We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.   Although the weather was appalling with days of torrential rain and wind, at least I was comfortable in a spotlessly clean, well equipped studio apartment. The bed was huge and so comfy that I even slept well the first night there. There was Foxtel Premium Movie channel to keep me entertained as well as other choices. By the way the apartment had a private spa bath on the balcony overlooking the ocea - The position was fabulous, the staff were accommodating. After a time, management decided to upgrade our room. We ended up with a roof top garden appartment with spectacular ocean views. Thanks to Naomi to other staff for making my dad's birthday fabulous!

Bonus, free parking underneath the hotel.
