We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. Our apartment was reasonably spacious and had a balcony & a courtyard and both bedrooms had an ensuite.

  The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there.   I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!   We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.
