I found the hosts were exceptional in making our stay extremely welcoming. The facilities were second to none. Rooms were beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. Wir hatten ein riesiges Appartment mit einem tollen sehr grossen Balkon, voll ausgestatteter Küche (sogar mit Kühlbox und Picknickgeschirr), 2 Badezimmern und 2 Schlafzimmern. I cannot express how much of a perfect time we had at Roydon. From the pickup at the airport to the transfer back to the airport, everything was just as we had wished for but better. Our apartment (111) was fantastic, overlooking the ocean and beach. It was spacious, clean and had every facility you could wish for. Eddie was very helpful and approachable and always there when we needed him. We booked our Quicksilver cruise to the outer barrier reef with him plus transfers from a bus stop 2 m -
We have had the Appartement with two Bedrooms and balcony with Oceanview. The Sunrise was really great to see from the balcony!!!!
The Appartement was very big and very clean. The kitchen is well equiped.
We felt like home and Eddi was very helpful to orginized our day trips for us.
The Roydon is located perfectly at the beach and for day trips around cairns (Great Barrier Reef, Kuranda .....). It is perfect to stay with Children.

We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

The position is sensational, next door to all services you need like massage, supermarket, beautician, hair, post office, restaurants, clothes shopping all while being across the road to the beach. The view is fantastic! The apartment was very well appointed and stylish. Loved the Managers, both husband and wife go the extra mile to help you. A perfect holiday town and this was an excellent accommodation choice.

As we are an older couple is was great to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The convenience of the restaurants and shopping just below the resort was a bonus. The kitchen was at the front of the apartment, great idea.The pool and spa great, no problems. -

We stayed in an executive spa suite, it was a well presented, clean modern room. The hotel restaurant offered oustanding quality meals (literally the nicest steak I have had in years!) along with fantastic service from the staff.
Room service hot Breakfast was also very good.
