Greta position! The apartments are well situated just back from the water with nice water views from most apartments without the glare of early morning sunshine on water. There is a small shopping complex situated diagonally opposite with a Coles Supermarket which makes buying items for your self-contained stay so easy. The main street of Mooloolaba is just around the corner giving access to everything you could want in dining, bars and shopping without the loud evening noise associated with.
alle bewertungen » the decor was lovely. The position was awesome. The price was very doable. We only live in Caloundra but we chose to stay at Raffles for my daughters 18th. Very relaxing....I loved it totally and it has a fantastic view. Thank you Bob for an awesome weekend. We stayed in a 2brm unit which was perfect for our family of three.The kitchen was well equiped and lovely and clean throughout. The pool and spa was nice and relaxing. Great location to the beach,shops and Restaurants. Enjoyed our stay. Very Private and cosy, Set back from the main road so no traffic noise and just a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants, Undercover secure parking was a bonus. we would definitely come back. Our stay was too short. Could do with some more power points, for all the plug in things around now days. Traffic can get a bit loud in the early morning. Waiting for the lift was a small annoyance. nothing. BBQ at the pool didn't appear to work. The top of the green sofa in our apartment was very hard (injury hazard for young kids). Very minor, need lights over mirror. Outside noise at night. Bit maintenance needed on front door lock. bit noisy from street. The second bedroom window opened onto the lift area. Due to the humidity we had to open the bedroom window. We were woken up at 6 most mornings with the noise of children and parents talking loudly outside. Street noise all night from rowdy teens. Stain on carpet. Noisy on the balcony due to road, lots of rules, no pool towels (and only 1 towel each which was required to be used for 4 days), smelt smoky when first went in. Dirty cutlery, no soap-holder in shower, rusty hanging rail in wardrobe & smelly blankets. Very noisy, both within the complex and from the surrounding area. Paid extra for a spa & ocean view - the ocean view was VERY restricted and disappointing.
