He helped to give directions on where to move around. - We did like the pools and sauna and the place is close to the beach.   I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back!   We stayed for seven nights with our family (2 Adults 2 children (Age 7 &5)) and had a 2 bedroom apartment. The space and layout was great and practical. The view was also lovely. The staff were also helpful and when needed they truly provided exceptional customer service. Our children loved the pool and spent most days there. Great place to relax but with a lot of holiday entertainment close by. Staff were great at contacting us to advise what we needed to do for a late check-in and provided easy to follow instructions.
