The location is perfect! With a short walk (<5mins) you can take the light rail to central station and the bus stop with buses to circular quay (including 555) just in front of the hotel!
Haymarket and chinatown are about 5 mins walk from the back door.
Room is big ( for 4 pax), clean and nice! bed is extremely comfortable and the price is reasonable ( ~aud 700 for 4 nights excluding weekend)! -
One was not pressured into early rising to please the housemaids. We slept in late every day as you should on holidays. The near shopping centres were wonderful as were all the food courts and restaurants.There is no shortage of entertainment near by, as well as cruises in the harbour, sight seeing etc. The staff were friendly and curtious and we will definitely be returning on our next holidays.

rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away.
There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. -

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Very affordable

the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. I loved the late check-out, (12 noon) - all hotels should adopt this
practice of letting you leave a little later. It certainly allayed a lot
of stress and if you check-in late, you feel like you got what you paid

was in Milan,New York,Tokyo,Stockholm or wherever it would be the

I partciularly was extremely imporessed by the night receptionist
Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have
him and youir other staff members were helpful as well. Please pass on
my thanks to Nathan. Also has good facilities, including the pool and
closness to the beach if required.

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were amazingly helpful and great to deal with. Even when I had to go late at night to get something from my car the concierge happily assisted me. When the lady checking us in realised we were in a group she immediately gave us rooms close to each other. Service could not have been more obliging; ill friend travelling all needs met moving rooms. Food beautiful; staff very friendly; sport shop next door children loved. Girls loved pizza by the pool and drinks; lots of laughs. Staff welcoming to visiting family and friends; extras staying no problem for minimal cost. :)

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!

I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy
