  Das Oaks Goldsbrough liegt sehr zental. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar (Rocks, Central Business District). Die Ausstattung der Appartements ist sehr gut. Alles da zum Kochen, Handtücher, Fön, Fernseher.... Es wird auch täglich aufgeräumt. - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super Lage am Darling Harbour.   When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

  It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.   Location!!!! It was extremely convenient. Opera house was a 2-minute walk away. Both the train and ferry stations were at the hotel's doorstep. Botanic Garden was also just across the street which was great. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the room was very comfortable and the balcony was great too. We paid extra for the harbor view and it was we... was die leute sagen » ll worth it. There were many restaurants at the harbor as well which was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it. - I loved the view, and the good sized balcony. I loved that there was extra milk in the fridge, most places I always have to ask for more, though there wasn't enough sugar (we are big coffee drinkers). The spa didn't work so they gave us free dinner in the restaurant as a compromise, loved that! oh and the bottle of bubbly sent up to the room after i mentioned we were celebrating my hubby's 60th birthday was just lovely, thank you! :) very happy

  Staff were very friendly, was a bit worried as had read a lot of negative feedback. Would recommend the place to anyone. So, we loved that the resort offered activities that allowed us to have fun, and relax, as a family e.g. fantastic playground, pools, tennis court, beach, DVD player, iPod/iPhone music stereo, to name a few. Staying at Magenta Shores Resort exceeded our expectatio - Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant. The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.
