  Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional... was die leute sagen » ly friendly, welcoming and pleasant. I also wish to make specific mention to the food- I had the pleasure of enjoying the chef's specials last Sunday - Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

  rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away. There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. - Lay out of apartments was fantastic for traveling with 2 teenagers.   Standard Queen room was good. Decor tasteful and pleasant, particularly liked the bedsides and would be delighted to have supplier's name and contact details. Staff delightful. Thank you for a very ple - We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. It's big and spacious and can accommodate 7 pple (3 double beds and a single bed). The apartment looks very brand new and clean. The toilets are very clean and one even has spa bathtub. All of us love the apartment and enjoyed our one night stay there. Lastly, it's very extremely value for money as it costs AUD 280 for 6 of us a night!

  We are a family of 6 with 4 young children. So, we loved that the resort offered activities that allowed us to have fun, and relax, as a family e.g. fantastic playground, pools, tennis court, beach, DVD player, iPod/iPhone music stereo, to name a few. Staying at Magenta Shores Resort exceeded our expectatio - Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant. The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.

We loved the friendly manner of the staff and the way the whole village was looked after.
