The Air con was new and worked brilliantly.

The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. We liked every aspect of the resort, steam room cave with spas, waterslide in a beautiful clear tropical looking pool. We also liked our room being close to the pool side and gym. Our room had a great spa, the room was roomy and comfy. Will be bringing the kids next visit as it is very family friendly, games rooms, inside pool and spa. Cant wait to come back.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very helpful and did all they could to ensure that the room configuration requested by one of our party when booking was met. Took a little longer than normal to register as a result and without prompting offered a hot breakfast to compensate for the delay. Very professional manager.

Loved the lay-out and the proximity of everything. We had privacy but not far to walk to any of the pools or the bar/restaurant.
The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.
