We found the hotel to be great - its location, staff, and comfort would be hard to beat. We certainly will be returning. The room we had was a corner room that faced out to the park which was lovely and it also had a extremely comfortable bed. The full breakfast available in the dining room had everything anyone could ask for from hot porridge through to bread and butter pudding with whipped cream. Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

The receptionist on a Friday night / Saturday (not sure of her name but she has 3 young sons) - she was awesome! Very friendly, helpful and a real delight to deal with.

I loved the facilities. There was a huge selection of things to do including the pool, spa, sauna, pool table, table tennis, tennis court, guest lounge, bar, restaurant, etc. Fabulous! Our room was also larger than we expected it to be.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The pool/spa was just bliss to use at the end of a tiring day up the mountains! The Harvest restaurant served quality food and had a lovely atmosphere, again with great staff. Whilst the Gazebo restaurant was perfect for breakfast and very well managed. The staff are always so helpful and friendly when I stay at Novotel Brighton. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily!
I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.
