The units were very comfortable with good quality furniture and fittings. The outlook through the paperbarks was lovely. The location was so convenient with the beach a block away. Also within the block there were three restaurants (Pizza, Mix and Pasta), post office, Pharmacy, general store and a bottle shop. All with prices comparative to the big supermarkets. Brilliant walking trails. We also saw many whales from the many lookouts. It is a straight drive into the CBD. Great all round

The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. The fact that the hotel staff warmed the room for us knowing that we will be arriving late hence we would not be cold after we arrive. The room has everything that a family with young kids need. The jacuzzi/ spa was large enough for my 2 kids to dip in. The site was huge and we had a great view the next day, the kids love the space to run round. -

The separate single storey double bedroom cabins means if you travel with another couple then you are not on top of other people as you are in regular hotels. Each cabin has an attractive bushland outlook. It is very central for vineyards and other Hunter Valley attractions.

Nathan. I also stayed there Christmas eve and the day after and he was
on duty on both occasions. So helpful was he that I intended to write a
letter to the managemant extolling our praise.You are fortunate to have

I love the privacy of where it is situated, it is family friendly as
well as gay/lesbian friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I
especially love the surrounding gardens and the fact that you can wander

Just loved how close it was to the ferry terminal, made it so close to the city and Darling Harbour but no crazy crowds! The view was unbelievable, we dined (a gift) at the Rocks but chose an early sitting so that we could come back and enjoy the view. The location is fabulous. Beautiful view. The hotel is positioned almost on top of North Sydney railway station which is very convenient - we weren't disturbed by the odd rumble of a train passing outside. We stayed in a double room with a harbour view on the 12th floor. Staff were efficient and friendly. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney.
