So friendly. my first time at a backpackers and it will certainly not be my last. staff were friendly and helpful. it was such a relaxed atmosphere that I wish I had got to stay longer. it's in a great location and has free wifi , laundry service, kitchen facilities. I am already planning on staying there next time I'm in oz. -

We liked the fact that the staff permitted us to use the shower and store our belongings prior to check in. We had arrived in Sydney from Darwin at 6am and could not check in until 2pm that day so we really appreciated the shower to freshen up.

The value for money (less than $80 a night), ease of access from freeway
(we were in transit to Wagga Wagga). The double bed was very comfortable

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Very affordable if you are looking for a no frills cheap room. There was no closet, small fridge or ironing in the room. The latter is available in the laundry room. Is surrounded by fast food outlets and close enough to drive to the city and shopping centers. -

The location was ideal for frequenting the local University of NSW. The cafes and shops in Randwick were very close by. The lodge is also close to the airport. The manager and staff were lovely and caring. I had everything I needed for my weekend trip and would return to this lodge if I have future events that I attend in Sydney. -

I was very impressed I could book in at 11am and out my luggage in. Then my daughter snd i could get straight yo the royal easter show .Parking was very convenient. Bed was so comfortable. Have since recommended ibis to many people -

I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. The water was hot and the ensuite, while querky was functional. The free wi-fi worked very well with no fuss getting it going and there was even a computer in the room. Good value food was available close by and there was great coffee on the next block down.

I had a great time at Chatswood Inn. I can't say much about the room itself (it's OK but nothing special), but it was perfectly clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is quite close to Chatswood train station, which is about 15 minutes from the city center on a frequently served train line.
