  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra.   Byron Cove Beach house was welcoming and small. Provided a quiet oasis with extremely clean and well equipped rooms. Easy walk to the beach. The walk to the town was a bit long, but easily done if you're wearing comfortable shoes. Breakfast each morning was lovely. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!
