  Very nice & friendly welcoming staff My daughter was being married in East Malvern, & one chap helped me put on bowtie, & when my taxi did not arrive, they very kindly drove me to the venue. I was on time (just), and of course the bride was late!   The staff were very friendly and extremely helpfully next time I have to go to Melbourne this is we're I will be booking great price for a traveling family the kids loved the pool and spa thank you we had a great stay - very good service.
