Very nice & friendly welcoming staff My daughter was being married in East Malvern, & one chap helped me put on bowtie, & when my taxi did not arrive, they very kindly drove me to the venue. I was on time (just), and of course the bride was late! Can recommend for budget-conscious traveller. Even tho' the motel was older style we found it to be clean comfortable & convienent for our purpose. we were offered a choice of two rooms, chose the one with the better air.cond. over a large t.v. 7 it was greatly appreciated as it was quite hot during our stay.
alle bewertungen » the room was very very quiet (room 26) which made it possible for a good nights sleep. the people at the desk were very accommodating and hepful, and did their best to accommodate our needs which was lovely in this day and age,. Staff where great, very accommodating. Room was clean and tidy, they would also do our dishes for us daily. Free wifi and foxtel. No complaints. Everything was great. Nice staffs and perfect location to Chadstone shopping center. Clean, tidy and very functional. Very helpful and friendly manager. Great tv in the room. Perfect location for a Chadstone shopping spree. Walking distance to Chadstone's mall. Easy access too freeway and city. Spacious room. The assistance with my luggage to my room was very helpful, given I had hurt my back earlier in the day. The room already had the heating on and it was about 2 degrees outside so that was a very welcoming feeling. It was close to the Oakleigh train station although still a 10 min walk, foxtel available although due to staying only one night did not use it. 20 min trip into Melbourne city centre by train. Rooms/beds were clean and comfortable. Parking convenient Reasonable price. Great Position close to Chadstone Shopping centre. good location, good price. location. Bath room is very clean . Friendly easygoing staff. Inner courtyard a bit shabby, as was hallway carpet. But the shower was hot. The entrance off the street at night when wet it was very hard to see just where the diveway was to get off the street and a sign to reception from the car park would be helpful but these are minor roblems which are easy to remedy. Not at all. Very weak wifi signal in my room. No. 36. No bath liquid. Wifi network can't reach my room. I felt that the overall feel of the Executive Motel needed an update, I had dropped off a friend at the Punthill Apartment a few doors up the road and thought the refurbishment was very well done and up to date. It was a bit creepy going down all the passageways and the building looked very run down and the courtyard area as well. In need of a good makeover. The place is getting very tired looking and badly needs renovating but is okay for one night and the tariff is a little high for the standard of acc. Whole place could use painting and cleaning. Outdoor areas barely maintained. No facilities except bedrooms and breakfast room. Very dated needs a complete update. not much facilities. bedding. When we arrived at 10.50 we were told we did not have a booking. I produced receipt of booking, staff then apologised and said they would have to make up a very basic room & for us to go away whilst they prepared it. Room was not what I expected, old set top tv no remote and room very tired looking. They included breakfast no charge for us being understanding! Certainly wasn't happy with hotel.com!! As was told it was there fault. Tv did not work well, iron left stain on shirt. I had a double room , but inside the room there is only one chair , are customers suppose to take turn to sit down when they are having cup of tea or coffee ?. Walls had plaster patches dvd player missing buttons and door Tobacco smoke entered room from outdoors smoking area Excessive ambient noise late into night from other rooms socializing and having doors open. Facility is a bit tired.
