  Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel... was die leute sagen » lent value! - I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

  We spend a couple of nights there, and honestly it was just an amazing time! The staff is really friendly and really helpful. The accommodation is really nice, with terrace, a nice tv plasma, a little kitchen, and a nice bathroom ( an really clean!)! Everything for a great price !   The location was excellent. Easy walk to ferry and not far from city. Access using a car was very easy and very easy to get to the airport from there.   Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. In the last week before our booking, I need to adjust the booking as we had two more children to cater for. The response from T.V. (Noelene) was most helpful. We were delighted with all aspects of T.V. we were comfortable...everything was ... was die leute sagen » spotless...the children enjoyed the pool and we were a hop skip and jump from Toowong Shopping Centre. I would recommend T.V to my friends and will - The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

  We love this house! Yes, it is much more like a house than a hotel. There is no reception, the code is provided to open your room, just like returning home. It surprised us when we entered the room. It was a huge room, well decorated, clean as at home, what even makes you don't want to mess it up.   As a family, it is difficult to find reasonable priced accommodation, we travelled from Hervey Bay to stay overnight. We found our stay very pleasant, easy access to dinner at hotel up the road, enjoyed the ease getting to the airport in the morning. Our room was comfortable, and very clean! The servcie was very friendly and many thanks to the lady who cleans the kitchen, your service is awesome! I - The staff couldn't do enough for you very helpful, I unfortunately had a gout attack half way thru my stay they did absolutely everything they could to help, stayed their 5 years ago and heaps of improvements, new a/c new sound reducing windows.
