I liked the closeness to the city, the restaurants and cafes.
I loved my room. The facilities were tremendous for the size of the room. Kitchenette, wardrobe, microwave etc etc. The bathroom was perfect. The staff were helpful. Check in and early leaving was easily arranged. The room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel. -

I requested a room with a view as this was a special occasion. The room had a great view overlooking the river and park across the street. Most probably one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. The facilities were great and everything was clean and in a working order. This was for sure value for money. -

Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size

We loved being together as siblings and additional family in such a grand and gracious home with city views. It was such a perfect location for our nostalgia day and night in West End. The country style kitchen and freedom to use all the very attractive and somewhat antique areas was perfect for us. The master bedroom with city views over the spa was a treat. Thanks very much.

the Staff were super efficient, we mentioned the TV in the bedroom didn't work. Next morning a brand new one was installed and set up for all channels. They had the new towels we asked for,ready for us when we got back late at night, and helped at every opportunity.

Location to Cbd & public transport ideal. The staff are all friendly & helpful in every way. Being self contained was excellent and kept dining costs down, especially when staying with children who only need toast or cereal for breakfasts & a simple sandwich for lunches. We stayed in a Delux Hotel Room and was quite surprised at the amount of room especially as there was 3 adults sharing the room. We have stayed several times before but only in 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Service was excellent as usual. One of our favourite places to stay.
