  Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schon früher in unser Zimmer, da wir unsere Sachen wechseln mussten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön geräumig und alles gepflegt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Restaurant unmittelbar neben dem Hotel war ausgezeichnet mit einer hervorragenden Weinauswahl und guten Steaks. The Operations Manager Rafael Perez tried to make everyone feel at home at the hotel and he and his staff helped everyone who stayed at he hotel. Most of the most can speak English and a few other languages. The price for staying at the hotel was great for what facilities were offered.
