  Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schon früher in unser Zimmer, da wir unsere Sachen wechseln mussten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön geräumig und alles gepflegt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Restaurant unmittelbar neben dem Hotel war ausgezeichnet mit einer hervorragenden Weinauswahl und guten Steaks.   The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia.
