  Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

  My husband and I stayed at Luan Vu Hotel for only 4nights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not push you into their tours but just gave you a leaflet too look at and then you decided yourself which ones to take. The hotel was very clean and bedding and towels were changed every day. I would recommend this hot - I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Location could not be better, it is just in a busy area on the backpacker area, but as the hostel is in a small street, it is really quiet. The staff is amazing!!! They will help you in EVERYTHING you need! You can book everything with then thrusting that the price will be the best. The room is really comfort, with a good bed, nice bathroom that is always clean! Breakfast is just ok... The same you will find in all others economic hotels in Vietna

The complex also has a huge, clean swimming pool which we enjoyed as often as possible. The inhouse travel agent arranged some amazing day trips for us on the Mekong.
