The tour - The bed is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in! Have stayed here twice now as a little break from backpacking, and it is a perfect hotel. The buffet breakfast is to die for! I made a request on both stays through letsbookhotel.com for a room with a view and both stays we were on the 20th floor with stunning views of Saigon. They even let us use the pool facilities after check out until our evening flight.

  Having read the reviews, our expectations were quite high. On arrival, reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful (later, we were to experience the same attitude from all staff during our three day stay).Then we saw the apartment! Wow! The accommodation was superb as were the staff who were polite and helpful. Food quality at breakfast and evening were superb. With an outdoor swimming pool and access to gym, Jacuzzi and steam room the facilities were perfect for a wind down break before we flew home. We would recommend Norfolk Mansions to you all. Good location with nearby local restaurants and markets.

  The Hotel had only opened the week before our visit. The pictures on the website compliment the physical place, unlike other hotels. Love the stay and the staff, they were helpful and pleasant. Great value for money. The executive lounge was a great place to connect with friends and was reasonably priced. Love the overall services, food and facilities. Definitely will visit the Hotel again.

We could walk easily from the hotel to the centre of town, but taxis are always available as well. Certainly recommend hotel for others and for any future stay.
