Staff was friendly and ensured I was comfortable. The room was super clean well appointed with LCD cable TV, sanitary remote, and even a BLU-Ray player. Just an overall nice stay. Our room was small, but clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is in the middle of silicon valley, very convenient. The housekeeping staff is excellent and the desk clerks were friendly. The room was small but well laid out and the bed was comfortable.

I liked that they fixed an accounting error in my bill immediately and graciously. Not so common a trait. breakfast selection, good value, convenient location. A very good location. The room was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but far from being excellent. Breakfast was decent, staff friendly. the shower.....nice water flow-pressure and bed/bed linens super comfy!. Clean. Friendly staff. All the basics you might need. I like the design the actual room was nice. The frosted glass of the windows is not very nice, but that´s the only minor thing I can think of. Light from the hallway came into the room under the door and the blackout curtains should be longer to keep outside light out. The only thing I didn't like too much was the stairs to get to the second floor, but other than that, lovely hotel. I'd like to have a pool but there's no room on the property. Not clean enough (outside the rooms only). Could not find anything I didn't like. Room wasn't comfortable - very very small for the money paid.. can't choose this hotel for a leisure trip as we want to get away from the room and spend time outside.. the breakfest is horrible. Lack of public transportation. The building looked old and without maintenance. Corridors were almost scary, old moquette and no painting of any sort. Gym room was so minimal that it could fit only two people at most. A pool or hot tub would be appreciated. the breakfast was rather less than desirable,..not a full line of items as stated in booking. Pillows overstuffed and not flexible. Look good when bed made up, but not good to use. Left me with a bad neck. Walls paper thin. Woken up by, and heard every word of conversation from person in next room at 5am (calling East Coast). The staff is rude. No visitors is what the staff told me .. Why am I paying 101$ to not have anyone visit me ... Came down to see my family and really couldn't see them.. The staff even called my room to ask me whose in my room. Too noise in the night. The carpet is Not clean. There are also small black insects in the bathroom.
