The owner Gina was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating and helped me personally. The room was impeccably clean and well maintained. The room comes with a small fridge, microwave, Ironing board w/iron and very nice sundries. Housekeeping did an excellent job in replenishing anything I used daily. The in room Wi-Fi was fast, reliable and easy to access. Although they don't have printer services at front desk, Gina went out of her way to accommodate my printing needs on her own printer a.
所有评语 » Our room was clean and comfortable, the coffee was hot and fresh, internet was free and with a strong signal. The staff was friendly and interested in our comfort. Despite being close to an interstate, the room was quiet. We had a refrigerator and microwave that were absolutely spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the carpet was clean and new-looking, and we were completely satisfied with our 4-day stay. Really nice room, got a big screen TV, refrigerator and almost everything you might need. They cleaned the room twice although we said that we didn't need it. Really helpful staff. We were staying with consecutive reservations as we were searching for a home and they didn't even take cancellation fee after we cancelled our last reservation. I would definitely recommend the place. The rooms are well maintained, housekeeping does an excellent job of cleaning between days! The front staff is attentive to our/ your needs! All this @ a reasonable price for the location!. Don't let the cheesy name turn you off — the value really is good. Motel style accommodation, but inside fully renovated at high-end hotel level of quality. Front desk person was very nice. Used motel as a last min option to go and watch a big Stanford Football game. If you're going there yourself from the hotel and want a taxi then pre-book as they get very busy. Fare is about $30-40 one way. price was very reasonable and beds are big and nice. None in particular There is a running trail near by. Affordable, clean, excellent TV channels. distance from the city. Parking was an issue nearly every day but that can't really be helped due to the location. Hmmm - no complaints at all. Can get an upgrade for the breakfast but loved the cereal =) what someone can expect more from a budget hotel. The breakfast is minimal but workable. The location may be off center if you don't have a car (Sunnyvale's cab system needs an upgrade). And WTF — checking in at night window???. Not enough tissues :( Bed was not as comfortable as i would like it. This didn't really bother me so much but the hotel is right next to the freeway and there is no sound wall so for people who are sensitive to traffic noise you might want to look somewhere else. Noisy location, directly next to us101 highway. Coming from central time, coffee available earlier on weekends would be nice. Traffic noise was a little loud but was okay. The mattress was slightly lumpy. May be they could add bagels for breakfast. No laundry facilities. Horrible Breakfast. Tv needed help from manager. no coffee in the room. The breakfast choices were very limited - very good quality pastries - just limited choices. Some times it was difficult to communicate because English wasn't the first language of the desk. Later, another person was on duty and spoke perfect English and translated. However, everyone was professional and friendly. You need a car to go anywhere; breakfast is rather poor; the room for disabled person we had is not very confortable for not disabled people. Right next to the freeway, so noisy on that side of the hotel. Minimalistic breakfast, to be polite. Freeway noise was significant. No coffee maker. 1. Should show the room location on a map when check in. 2. Breakfast needs big upgrade. Too cheap less than $2.00 stuff on the counter now. Provide more varieties like toast, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, fruits, tea bags, ...etc. Right on the 101 freeway which makes it very noisy especially at night. I didn't like the fact they charged me for 3 nights while I stayed only one. I sent them an email stating I'd be arriving one day later (one day prior to arrival). I decided not to stay and told them in the morning - they charged for an extra day. I stayed only one night instead of 5, paid for 3. They lost two days and so did I. I will never go there or recommend to anyone. Close to 101 Highway. Noise all day/night long. Breakfast. Breakfast very very very simple,location near the freeway,very noisy. breakfast was breakfast in name only - one table to seat four in total, coffee and a few pre packed pastries - the worst I have ever seen. Way too close to freeway and thus constant traffic noise.
