Freindly and helpfull staff. Although the hotel was only staffed by 1 very friendly young lady on sunday afternoon, she managed to help all guests within reasonable time. Even as it proved that our reservation was not known a the hotel, we received a room without any delay. Good clean rooms and a nice swimming pool. We followed the recommendation of the receptionist and went to Roman's macaroni grill (3 blocks down the street) which was an absolute top italian restaurant. Very good food, wine &.
所有评语 » Though I arrived at 8:35 (and the lounge closed at 9:00) I like the option of relaxing in a lounge. I liked the bedding! Hamptons have a sheet (too light) and a comforter (too hot/heavy)... I constantly wake up to throw the comforter on and off! I like having a restaurant on-premise. Front desk guys very helpful and friendly. I told him I'd be back!. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. Clean room, decent, comfortable beds. Double sheeted (good) over TOO HEAVY of a blanket (not good). Need lighter blankets. Flat screen TV's a +. Good location for our needs. Would stay again. Staff really went out of their way to ensure everything was acceptable and made you feel comfortable with the resources they had at their disposal. I would return for the staff's attention to their guest's needs. Good value for money! Very nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Close to several shopping areas and only 1 hours drive from San Francisco!. location, excellent service and staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast included, beautiful pool to look at, plentiful parking. Good rate. Close to UOP. We're in Stockton for graduation and most other hotels were booked. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. the room was comfortable as were the beds. I like the restaurant on site. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Comfort and quality of room and breakfast. However they ran out of bacon. Free parking; happy hour; rich breakfast. A great hotel value for money. The staff was really nice. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very accommodating for our service dog as well. The staff were nice and the included breakfast was better than anticipated. clean and choice of coffee in room. It was convenient for shopping. noghtly rate was cheap, ppl at front desk were really nice. Housekeeping lady was great. Location. Nothing to like. The complimentary breakfast included only warm/greasy food (egg; baked patatoes; sausages; etc.). No bread or toast were available. Nothing. .. Buffet breakfast was COLD! Even with sterno/warming pans. Attendant not to interested in what was going on. Cooked to order next day was OK but potatoes were, again, cold. Where is the cook????. Pool and Jacuzzi not available. Elevator didn't work one morning. On the border of acceptable and shady part of town. There is not much to do in Stockton. liked everything. Spa didn't work. Could never find the ice machine. Only one in one building. None in the building we were in. Needed more staff especially for check in and at breakfast. Staff had to serve the food and couldn't keep up. the carpet needed to be washed. There was only one staff member checking people in at 3pm. There is a buffet on weekends, however, the food was cold. They could have a microwave in the eating area to warm up the food. Lift was very slow and then stopped all together. Car park seemed to blend with supermarket car park next door. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff at lobby; pool not available due to renovation. Nothing. My husband drove 14 hrs thru storms on hwy 80 hoping to see the Fresno State vs Utah Stare football game. For some reason, the cable went out & he went to bed an unhappy man. We understand that the game wasn't received in the entire motel. On the other hand, the Ladies' room was lovely and the breakfast was superb. Fran Garwick. The fire alarm went off at 04:40 in the morning a no-one was able to shut it off, needless to say my sleep was interrupted and I wasn't able to gert back to sleep, so lost many , and I feel I should be reimbursed for this inconvenience. Very difficult to get to and some road blocks in the parking lot made it difficult to get around such a large complex. The main hallways smelled a little funky...(urine?) Thank goodness the room was clean. Room smelled very strongly of cleaner...which seemed to be trying to cover a stale, old smell. The area around the hotel didn't seem very safe. Would not go for a walk. the tv was not connected to their movie channels at midnight they offered to move us but c'mon they should of offered me a free night in a working room. Staff wasn't that friendly, or knowledgable. Felt like they were a little dim witted. Sheets had stains, towels weren't replaced. Only one way to get in/out. Bumpy road, only one car fit at a time. Rooms were old, but appeared to be clean. Carpet was very dirty and was tracking dirt in the tub-shower. WiFi( internet connection) is one of most important elements to business ppl. while i stayed there, so call "free wifi" was not always available. also room doesn't have lan port either. i had to go to lobby to use internet. Service gaps. bad neighborhood!!! uncomfortable beds!!. The hallways smelled awful. The smell of mildewed carpet was overwhelming in building B. They didn't reserve our room, they didn't know why! Bad trained staff I shall say. Breakfast was discussing, and they had to close it at 7:30 because their staff didn't show up. The only guy in their was checking the phone all the time. Bad smell of smokers too.
