The staff were willing to help and were friendly and informative. The room was comfortable - it wasn't fancy and new, but it had what you needed and it was a decent size. Breakfast was a standard continental style, but the food was good and fresh! The location (for Stockton) was perfect as it was in a nice area, literally across the road from lots of food options and a supermarket. Kaunas, the hostess, was as pleasant and accomodating as one could expect. The room we stayed in was newly remodeled and clean . A storm knocked out the power all night, so no lights, tv, etc but, thankfully, the bed was very comfortable. We will stay there again in the future!.
所有评语 » The location was great. It was close to nice restaurants. It served a nice hot breakfast. Close to a couple of good restaurants and easy access to I-5. Good breakfast.. Nice front desk people... Good price... Affordable and clean. Front desk lady was friendly. Close to restrauants. Convenient to freeway, staff was polite and very apologetic after terrible night there. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to find. Staff was nice. Place was close to the freeway. Easy access to freeway. Staff were pleasant. The breakfast was good. At night (late night), you could hear sirens going off constantly and when I was walking back to the hotel, there were a few people hanging around the car parks nearby and out the back behind the hotel. So it was only late at night that I didn't feel safe. No informational booklet on using tv, places, etc. There were no towels in our room at 6 pm. I know that at that time of night they were still cleaning rooms. The coffee maker in our room had not been cleaned from the previous use. No wifi in the room, as promised. Wifi was slow. Clients dogs barking alot. They must have left in car. Also other dogs staying in a room next to me. Apparently, 30 rooms or so were taken by Bollywood dancers who partied. It was loud, loud, loud and difficult to get too bed. At 3 am there was a water balloon fight with screaming, running, yelling etc. Terrible. Staff at desk says it is usually quiet. The room wasn't that clean. There was old pineapple in the ice bucket. There was no big towels. It is hard to get to from March Lane. You have to go further up the road and make a U-turn. There was also no fridge. Room smells like cigarette. It stinks!!!. Room smelled of stale smoke and carpets were worn our. Property is very tired, worn looking. Beds only OK. Air conditioner well past prime. Ice maker broken. Carpet Dirty. Room very dark . We got to laughing about the Key Holder which called the hotel...."Your Retreat". We slept, we left, we lived. Only OK. Dirty rooms carpet and loud out side late at night Not able to get a good night sleep.
