Very comfortable and had everything we needed. They don't offer a shuttle to the airport, but they called a cab - though it was more expensive than the guy from the reception told us (he said they have a us$ 8 flat rate and we had to pay us$ 10), we didn't have to worry about anything and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again. The room was clean. The sheets on the bed were clean and fresh. The bathroom was spotless and there was plenty of hot water. Very good value for a basic in/out room, The parking lot and general facility were free of trash and there was a security guard on duty.
所有评语 » The young man that worked the desk was GREAT!!! Helped us when we needed it, wish I got his name, but really appriciate dealing with a good person such as your staff. Location was perfect to catch an early flight the next morning,. The price was within my budget. The room was clean. There are places to get food near. But need to walk north to 154th. or south to 170th. The rapid at 170th will take you to the light rail Tukwila station to downtown Seattle. The black gentleman that checked us in at 7pm did an outstanding job. Cheap, clean, close to the airport!. Convenience to Sea-TAC. Fairly cheep. Motel is budget priced & conveniently located close to Seatac airport and hire car facility. perfect location if you have to return the car and go to the airport. We received a full refund, didn't have to pay for the night. The distance to the airport for early flights. Hotel was comfortable for a one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's cheap and clean. Location, price. Close to the airport. Nothing. I read a lot of negative reviews before I booked. All I can say is that they must have cleaned up their act. No real negative, not the best part of town but location to the airport makes up for that. The carpet needed to be replaced. A/c didn't work too well. No parking by the back of the motel, so we had to carry our heavy luggage a bit of a way. Nothing. No free wifi or breakfast. Due to proximity to the airport quite a noisy location, a very busy motel. other guests were quite noisy the fridge was making a lot of noise and vibrating wifi not free. The incompetent staff gave another family keys to our room, the entered at 11:30 pm!!!! Then as I was talking to them the staff member bree called the room at 11:30 pm (waking up everyone, my friends who had flown in from London. ) and said to me, oh I'm sorry is someone in this room!!!. Rooms had an odor. Lots of hustle and bustle (Busy) throughout the parking lot. The rooms were outdated and smelled like animal urine. It was very noisy and hard to sleep. If you don't have a car, this place is not for you. Closest bus stop is 10 min, light rail is 20 mins away by walking. If you catch a heat wave or rain, you'll feel miserable !. Bed bugs: my wife was bitten, felt it, identified the bug and killed it and left a blood spot on the covers Noise: we were on the first floor, someone started pacing around at 4am, the floor creaking woke us up, they kept it up for 2 hours. No shuttle to take me to the airpoort the next morning. Had to call a taxi. When booked it sqaid it had service to airport. Typical motel. Nothing special. The motel overcharged us. We booked through you & they wouldnt honor prices. They told us not to use your site. the room is smelly. Most of the staff didn't speak English, we got charged a higher rate, because the hotel was renovated, there we holes in the walls and the sheets were dirty big dissapointment.
