Staff and facilities were mixed. The evening staff didn't tell us that the sixth floor was under construction and that the flooring was missing in the hallways. We had a moment of concern when we stepped off the elevator. The room though, especially the new bath remodel was excellent. The morning staff apologized for the condition of the hallway and said she always tried to remember to warning visitors when they checked in.

Room , understandably "under renovation" but had odd sliding door to BR and the shower head connection to wall sprayed water all over above the shower doors onto the floor! Also as member of priority club should have had free water at check in. But no worries. It served the purpose. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance or the airport even with bags. I had a king room the bed was the most comfortable that I can remember sleeping on in my life. Free Wifi worked great!. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out everything was perfect. I waited less than 5 minutes for the airport shuttle. The staff is in friendly. The room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was great. Perfect. Next to the SeaTac airport. Next to the Link light rail connection to downtown Seattle. Very close to a lot of loud traffic, but absolutely quiet. Proximity to the airport. The way the staff treated us after the problems we had. They waived the parking fee and gave us a free breakfast. Convenient 24-hour airport shuttle. Walking distance to the light rail which goes to downtown Seattle. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. Convenience for Seatac and light rail, comfortable bed, nicely redone bathroom, pleasant front desk staff. Short distance from the airport, free shuttle, clean room, nice staff, good price. One of the closest hotels to the airport terminal; friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice hotel! Updated & very modern rooms & amazing restaurant!!!. location was ideal for our purpose. When I complained about the driver that picked me up at the airport, the receptionist gave me a voucher for breakfast - which, by the way, sounds from the website as if its free. Close to airport, room was clean, food was good in restaurant, water in lobby was good. Convenient, nice staff, especially the restaurant. New bathroom. Is good because it really clouse to airport and lightrail ... comfort in bed's, shower and ease of arrival and departure's. New bathroom, close to metro and airport. Close to the airport and train. The door keys did not work. After reprogramming the keys still did not work. Having to move to another room when the keys did not work after the second try. Some noise from close-by roads, but nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn't remedy. Noisy fan heater kept us awake. Price for parking ($16) is a little high for the area. Second-floor room did not provide a view of the airfield. Elevators. Glass shower doors. only one hook to hang towel or robe etc Paid for 2 doubles, we had late check in, only had king available. Nothing. nothing. That I had to pay for parking on top of the room rate. Initially charged for breakfast even though it was included in package. seatac rental car return debacle that is the airports issue not holiday inns. The hotel charged us higher than what is stated in our confirmed booking at letsbookhotel.com. Wanted to swim but found the pool closed & being renovated. Need more computers for guess to use. Had to make several trip down to have the ONE computer available. Often had to wait until after midnight. One is not enough for the number of guest you have. Shame on you!!!!. I have no complaints. The building is old. The main problem is that the hotel did not have the same rate as the rate we booked on your web site. We had to go back and forth with with the manager to get the rate we confirmed on-line w/ our booking, which we finally did. It was just awkward for us and the hotel. letsbookhotel.com "sold" me the room as the rate for 3 people. Hotel charged $10 more for 3rd person. I didnt fight abt it but I do feel I was misled by eityer letsbookhotel.com or Holiday Inn. Need to finish the remodel. parking & remodeling going on. Shower door wouldn't stay closed when showering. Average hotel. As we were paying $245 a night plus tax and as I am a silver rewards member, I thought it would not have been too much to offer free Wi-Fi, like almost every other hotel. Instead, the charge was an exorbitant $13.50 per day, way above the normal home contract rate. On principle, I did not use it after day one and went to Starbucks instead, so that the Marriott did not get my internet or breakfast business. I really think you should look at that. It's both petty and greedy. We actually never ended up staying due to $100 in hidden fees and an I believe it was $18 parking fee per night...for guests not just visitors? It is not right to charge your paying guests to park there vehicle there. The airporter shuttle finally came after 3 calls then drove right past me. While searching for a taxi, I found the driver on another island. When I told him he'd driven right by me he started yelling at me and called me a liar. Also, the tv in my room didn't work and though I repeatedly tried to call the desk or room service or the manager, I was met only by the dialtone of my phone. Room too small, one tiny towel rack in bath, sink too small & water splashed out, modern design was nice but not functional. Building under construction. Everything half finished. AC leaked water on the floor. New Bathroom had weird sliding. door that would not stay open. People coming and going was loud. No sound insulation. Random furniture, no chair to sit in except desk chair. They are steel remodeling some night was really noisy the room I was ordered they did not give me and there room service is not responding at all... noisey rooms, lots of loud voices in hallways all night. Air conditioner went off and on all night. Remodeling going on in hotel (outside of our door). Food was really sub-par (and I wasn't expecting much). too expensive. -Pay parking for guests -Floor in the room was wet -Was told we were getting a package from the hotel,but did not receive anything. My husband walked half a block to the Denny's and was attacked and mugged.. Not impressed, guests should be made aware that it is not a safe area at night, the staff and patrons at Denny's informed my husband of this.... Will not stay there again due to this, there should be security at night. Shuttle bus driver was mean. Definitely he looks down Asian people. The room was very dirty. I read some reviews before, the situation was same as these reviews. The hotel did not have the room we booked. But to hotel staff did what they could to accommodate us. There was no microwave, fridge or ice and since I was traveling with two small children we had planned to eat in the room. Renovations on the same floors they were renting to clients. Hotel should make more of an effort to let clients know of extensive renovations. People with asthma or other lung related issues would have problems with the dust levels or other contaminets due to construction. -Heater was not working. Not very clean, Very noisy - you can hear people talking next door which was not pleasant and did not help in sleeping. Also noise from outside. Very uncomfortable bed.
