My husband and I were visiting Santa Barbara for a horse show. We spent the week at the Pepper Tree! Very clean nicely appointed rooms. Location great for Earl Warren Show grounds or shopping and dining in downtown Santa Barbara! Great staff! And nice little restaurant. Nice little touches of bottled water, fruit and candies in room daily!. The staff gave us adjoining rooms on the bottom floor as we had requested. They were very quick to come and clean when my grandson had an accident. Loved the lay out with the patios to the pool. The restaurant was delicious. Loved the food and the service. Fruit, water and candy in the rooms. Located across from the mall.
所有评语 » This hotel was in a nice quiet location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There was nice little perks like coffee, a microwave and sweets. The balcony on the second floor was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming. There was fruit, sweets, newspaper and water provided excellent. And, they washed my windscreen. Would definitely use this hotel again. It was opposite Macy's and eating places. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the complimentary fruit and water was very welcoming Swimming pool was a nice clean area with comfortable beds. The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the location was good. i liked the extras that came with the room like fruits, bottled water, and round the clock coffee in the front office. Good, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location just a few miles away from all the action downtown state street. good value for the money. I was surprised at the complimentary windshield cleaning, and the newspaper by the door. I also loved my poolside room and the patio. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great staff service! I liked that it was pet friendly and family friendly. The staff made us feel very comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were small but well kitted. Lovely landscaping and pool; very helpful staff; free parking and good central location. Very clean and tidy both inside and outside. Free wifi Good location. Near the freeway. They cleaned the windshield of my car each morning which was nice, and it was close to a great Whole Foods. The parking was free and they had DVDs in the lobby you could check out. Location and staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Peaceful and clean. Nice location and grounds. The wall ac very loud!!!!! The ac needed for comfort especially at night for sleeping. But crazy loud! Not used to sleeping with a loud ac. Loved it all- no complaints. nothing. thin walls, we could hear the TV in the next rooms. loud AC unit. I guess none!. The walls were a little thin, but it made up for the people there were mostly families, so no crazy parties, screaming, loud tvs, etc. The bar area was depressing. A rattling fan and a yapping dog in the adjoining room. Hotel was expensive for the quality of the rooms. Tile was cracked and missing in bathroom in one spot. rooms a little outdated. Nothing. restraunt was not a value. It was a little far from any touristy sites or the downtown area. If you went any where you had to drive and usually pay to park. The room we had was upstairs and the upstairs walkway outside slanted which was a little uncomfortable. The closest restaurant wasn't very good. It was a little noisy, I could here people's conversation when I was in my room and they were out on the balcony. - Location is neither near the beach nor the downtown. - Windows of the bathroom did not close properly - Also, the bathroom felt humid.
