The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. Easy access to freeway 90. The buffet breakfast was ok. All of the staff were friendly and helpful when spoken to. The facility was clean, modern, and quiet. There was a swimming pool in the building and oddly enough, a Hooters nearby (I had never actually seen one before).
所有评语 » Great staff, very good Internet connection, 24h free coffee, the underground garage was always available, there were gas station, supermarket, and other stores quite near to the hotel location. Cost effective, free parking, free wi-fi, good quality free breakfast, convenient to major Chicago sights, indoor pool, friendly and accommodating staff, suite to accommodate family of 5. Very friendly and helpful staff. Having the Outback connected to the hotel and being able to take food/drinks back to our room. Location-within walking distance to 2 stores. A good option when downtown Chicago is too expensive. Large rooms on non freeway side are quite. The Outback Steakhouse is attached to the Hotel, offering good food. Shuttle bus service is really good and friendly, thanks for bringing me all around, picking me up and making the location of the hotel perfect even without a car. The room was very spacious. The employee's were outstandingly pleasant and very helpful. The free morning breakfast was wonderful. Large king-suite, green-friendly linens, from front desk to housekeeping, the staff went out of their way for us. close to airport. free shuttle to and from airport. very clean room with all the facilities. close to the .freeway. a great breafast. Front desk wonderful on helping us. The value and service. Location. Reasonable rates. Good breakfast and 24-hr coffee stall. Clean and fast elevators. I loved that they gave me extra shampoo and conditioner cause I have long hair!. frendly and helpfull staff. Comfortable and clean, restaurant. Some of the decor in the room was a bit tired but nothing major. Also for breakfast the plates and cutlery were plastic but it didnt affect the quality of the food. Parking outside the building filled up fast and I never quite got the hang of how to get into the parking under the building. Pool very noisy even with only a few people in pool. Pool closed for cleaning one afternoon but for the inconvenience Sal at the front desk gave us free ice cream. That made up for it with the kids!. The parking lot was on the small side. The shower head was spraying water out of the top. When the train would pass, things would shake. Constant problems with 1 of the 2 computers in the Business Center. Really wanted to soak in a hot tub after walking the sights if Chicago, but no hit tub on the premises. However, the pool was bath water warm :). i had a short stay , so no bad experiences. Room noisy overlooking L train and highway. The shuttle schedule. Stained carpet (go to room 734, and you will see three stains near the couch): dirty bathroom toilet, barely working refrigerator, substandard (single) couch, dirty legs of coffee table, train noise, extraordinary small sink, no newspaper on weekends, etc. etc. The rooms are not suites. They have a half wall between the bedroom. The handicapped room was oddly placed. My room was right next to a door that people kept coming in and out of all night long!.
