comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality & quantity as well. Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought. Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

Just watch out when they ask for a credit card for the extras , hopefully they won't go carte blanc with your credit card!!. Awesome room, comfortable bed, huge, clean bathroom with shower and separate tub with an actual fan to keep steam off the mirror! And free warm cookies at check in:)Staff was helpful and fun!. I really enjoyed the doubletree. The hotels service was outstanding, the room accomodations and room service were great ! My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay !. The hotle has excellent proximity to the Rosemont Convention Center as well as the Rosemont Entertainment District. Both are well within walking distance. Central location to the convention center, easy to get to, Gibson's Rest, close to the Toby Keith Bar. My hotel reservation was not on record from letsbookhotel.com at the hotel. Luckily, they had a room. Centrally located. Great food nearby...shopping and friendly staff. Cookie upon arrival;). Located near Convention Center and Outlet Mall - easy to get in and out of. Very nice!. The hotel staff were amazing, so kind and attentive. We had a wonderful experience. Alyssa Ruiz, FD supervisor was outstanding!! Very friendly and accommodating. Size and comfort of the room. Value of my booking. Close to my venue. What I like is really remote area tooo move around as you please. Staff was excellent, rooms were clean and it was a great price. Room service was served very quickly. Room was vrry clean. The steakhouse next to the hotel Gibson's was fantastic!. Close to the airport - friendly staff at check-in desk -. great staff. close to the airport and shuttle too!. Staff was very friendly..Food was good too ... Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I liked everything. convience to the convention center. The bar. The morning girls at front desk were wonderful. They charged me twice for my room after I had paid in full at letsbookhotel.com. Now I have spent the last 2 days trying to get $740 they overcharged me credited back to my credit card. I would never recommend anyone stay their unless they have a credit card with a small limit. I also had to explain this to my boss because I have a corporate card . That they didn't have a free or at least cheaper breakfast buffet. The area around the bed is a little cramped, otherwise all is great. Room was getting "tired". Tile and wallpaper in bathroom needed repair. Hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and water level was low. Area around hot tub was filthy and rusty. My hotel reservation was not on record from Booking.com at the hotel. Luckily, they had a room. Paying for internet...but that's ok. They were not willing to give any discounts or make special offers for staying a number of days... Parking expensive!. No complaints. I booked 2 rooms and was unable to cancel one upon arrival. If you take bookings from letsbookhotel.com, you should also be able to cancel same. Traffic getting to and from hotel was absolutely awful. Over changers too my bank account I gonna clear up with double tree hotel. The hotel BC restaurant is terrible. The food was really bad and very expensive. no Hotel shuttle service from ORD int'l terminal - so we ended up using a cab. had weird water pressure in the shower....must have been showering the same time as everyone else in the hotel. Well that was the first hotel ,that made you pay to use internet..All the Hiltons I've been too have free internet ...Very disappointed. Hard to locate, no visible address on building. Parking was expensive. I have no complaints but i still have a pending fee on my account and Im not sure what it's from because it doesn't match the amount of anything i shouldve been charged for. But it's still possible for it to go away. Internet is not free. the bed is too soft. Night staff was the worst customer service I have met. Reservatio. My room was noisy, ugly, had a terrible smell and when you looked up from the bed, the ceiling had a huge spot that looked like it leaked from the room above. Not very pleased. Could hear all the ppl and cars in the parking garage. Also, we got in late and no one was able to tell us where to park because of all the dinner ppl leaving the steakhouse. Ended up parking in the wrong side or the garage. One of the worst vacation weekends I have had for a while. Oh well, life is what u make of it!.
