  The bedroom and bathroom furnishings are luxurious and very comfortable; well light hallways and rooms; very beautiful and graceful main floor--true to period; excellent and well trained staff; awesome food; the town car service is awesome especially since I was traveling with my elderly mom who could not walk great distances (my mom felt very pos... 别人怎么说 » h); the ability to visit the ballrooms, etc. to learn about the history of the original hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable!   I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  The young Man who checked us in was very nice, courteous, and professional. I asked him if we could have a floor level if they had any available? He said they did and one close enough to the office. I didn't even need to explain why. I don't need a handicap room just yet but as I get older I just might. I used to sell high~ - Spacious. Very reasonably priced. FULL kitchen, not just kitchenette (though limited in counter space); other than having NO baking pans/dishes, the kitchen was reasonably supplied with basics. Reliable wi-fi and plenty of plugs for electronics.

  Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break. My mother has dementia and the staff are exceptional with her and it is one of the few places we can go to get away where we do not have to worry about her. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

  Loved everything, pet friendly, quite expensive the pet fee though, but the hotel was truly nice! Very clean!! I have stayed in places with hair in the bed, and trash in room still... Not this place, was sparkling clean, the kitchen was really nice, brand new stainless steel appliances, super comfortable bed and pillows.... It is a 20 min drive from Seattle Premium Outlets. My husband and I wanted to go out and have a few drinks and they have a shuttle that drove us to a local pub and then picked us up after.

  This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room.
