  My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door.   My Mother and I were on a trip to see friends. We had been at a horrible hotel and needed to move. I found this place through letsbookhotel.com and gave it a try. What a difference and great experience. I will stay here again. A very nice, relaxing, and comfortable stay in a two bedroom suite with excellent staff. It had creature comforts and if we had not made plans for dinner, we probably would have been more than happy to cook together at the hotel. We all felt very "at home" there and it was fairly close to the downtown Spokane city center.

  The price was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. When we went to check out the room rate was $10 higher than we had been quoted on letsbookhotel.com. Talked to the front staff about it and they took care of it right away. The restaurant (Max) is very yummy! A little pricey, but expected from a hotel restaurant.
