  Staff was great. We had a lot of luggage and a car to return. Gave us easy directions to rental car facility, we hopped on the rental shuttle back to the terminal and John picked us up and stopped by two restaurants to check on wait times. On our last day, we deposited our suitcases to the front desk in the morning and asked them to drive the suitcases in the hotel shuttle and picked us up from the Link Light Rail station at the end of the day and head straight to the airport to save time.   Easy to use public transportation with just a short walk. Comfortable, clean and had a place for cold drinks and leftovers.   it was just what we needed for the few days we were there and i liked the advice we were given about the bus since we had to get to downtown Seattle. - This time the room was much better than the first room that I stayed at the beginning of my trip. It was nice to be picked up at the airport.
