  very Friendly and helpful staff made me feel special. And the very nice Suite had everything I needed. Made me want to stay longer to thoroughly enjoy the room especially the Bed!! and Breakfast was very nice as well.   I had originally booked my room online, accidentally booking in the wrong city. Online it advised that cancellations were not accepted due to it being past the deadline. Accommodations were great, room was clean, nicely appointed with touches such as towels folded in animal shapes, extra pillows and blankets, and an extra pad for the fold out couch/bed; Great location for Galleria, quiet, well mannered staff eager to please.   The staff was very helpful &friendly. My king smoking room was clean and the bed was so very comfortable. Hot tub was nice after our long drive. Chemical levels were just right. I would definately recommend your hotel. - Although this is a smaller hotel I didn't miss out on anything . It was a a Country Inn and Suites stay.
