Almost everything!! Accommodations were great, room was clean, nicely appointed with touches such as towels folded in animal shapes, extra pillows and blankets, and an extra pad for the fold out couch/bed; Great location for Galleria, quiet, well mannered staff eager to please. Free breakfast was great with omlets, waffles cereal, eggs, etc. - Excellent rooms. Kitchen, hall, bedroom, bathroom. I was really impressed - free parking - just few miles to major IT companies in the area - shopping centers, restaurants are available nearby - BBQ (you can cook steaks by yourself. this is Texas:)).

Still cant believe we got such a great price for such a nice hotel. Will tell everyone about this facility. I liked Everything about this hotel, Suit is so amazing, big, well equipped with everything. By far, one of the most budget friendly hotels around here. Check-in and check-out can not get any easier. This was the best hotel I have used in years. The room was most comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff, Terry and Allen, were pleasant, helpful, and very cheerful. No reasons to have in the hotel. - far from Dallas, far from the airport - Internet speed was not good. I have nothing bad to say this hotel, everything was wonderful. Upon arrival our toilet overflowed and feces was all over the floor. The pool bottom was breaking off and coming up. Thought the pool was just remodeled? And the ice machines were broken. Also house keeping needs to lift mattresses and check under them we found a razor blade under ours (240). Made me wonder what kind of people stayed here before us?!. We hope if they can add more varieties to the breakfast. Can't really say except whole hotel is nonsmoking. Nothing. No disappointments. The only thing I didn't like was staying on the first floor. When visiting, there were a few families staying there that had children. They were up early in the morning and I could hear them running up and down the hallways and slamming doors on the floor above us. Everything else was very pleasant. Staff could be a bit friendlier. the coffee and juice vending are open only at breatfast time which I dont like because these drinks are required all day long as i have kids and family. Construction taking place on nearby freeway made exits hard to use. A couple very minor issues(resolved quickly upon being reported). Free shuttle has a limit of 5 miles which isn't much use when the sites to visit downtown are 10 miles away.However there is plenty of reasonably priced parking in that area.Pool was closed for refurbishment. Major highway construction is taking place nearby. The exercise room had mostly faulty equipment and the TV remote controls had limited functions. The slamming door from the unit below us and the lack of a door between the bedroom & bathroom sink area. Nothing. Liked it here I will be back in a few weeks. Design of suites could be better. We had a King bed with pullout sofa. The bathroom was located way in back right next to King bed rather than a more centralized location. To enter the bathroom, a bright light had to be switched on in the sink area to get to toilet. There was no door to block this light from illuminating the King bedroom. It was bright enogh to film a tv commercial while this light was on!. Next to a highway so there was a lot of traffic at rush hour. In from Chicago so i thought It was still manageable. Checked in late and had to leave too soon in the morning. The breakfast was always a bit understocked and people were always waiting on the three mornings we ate there. The front desk receptionist who worked on November 29th 2013 evening around 9pm was very rude. She didn't know how to talk to the customers. Prem. Think a sour cloth used to clean in restroom, had a bit of unpleasant oder. But not enough to change high opinion of our stay. Wish the evening social was more evenings per week. pool need attention. Tough location to find!. First room we were given smelled like smoke, but was non-smoking. Staff switched rooms with no hassle, second room was great. Nothing. Housekeeping was spotty, and the breakfast was borderline fast-food. The room was noisey. The refrigerator made a lot of noise when it was on (some knocking sound). There was Mold in the Shower. The bed Creaked - a lot - with every move. There was an A/C unit right outside the bedroom window that would cycle on and off all night. The hotel is fine, but you need a carto get around, since it is located in North Dallas. Smell.
