  The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable & the breakfast was nice.   The facility needs much updating. It has a great concept and wonderful staff..but the rooms need more than patch repairs to raise its stsndard. didn't use the pool but there were many who did and it was lovely.   We were there for the usgp f1 race; room rates were increased, as every hotel in town did, so they got a "good" rating on value. The hotel had race themed decorations up, gave each guest a race goodie bag, offered a breakfast bag to go each morning for those not enjoying the free hot breakfast, and hosted a "happy hour" each evening. During our stay the elevator was put out of commission by children who "crammed" into it, the staff was very helpful during this period and even discounted our stay for having to deal with the slight inconvenience without us even asking.

  This hotel was convenient to the airport,a criteria for a continuing journey. I had a 10 minute wait for courtesy van. All staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very basic continental type but adequate. There is no restaurant on site but they have contracted with several restaurants for delivery.
