  I have stayed at 4 star hotels there were not as clean and comfortable as the Hampton Inn Phila/ Willow Grove. All staff very accommodating. You should not advertise this as a 21/2 star hotel ....luxury linens were great ....most travelers want to sink in clean comfy bed and bathroom.....this has it !   Everything was excellent. wonderful stuff, clean, comfy room, comfy beds. In the front desk there was a guy named Jack and he was super kind and friendly.. And the pool area was amazing my girls really enjoyed it. - Mostly clean, Nice bed, Clean bathroom. Staff was very nice and friendly.
