I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red
Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn.
We were very tired and aggravated. The receptionist match the price of
Red Roof and was very hospitable and empathetic to the situation. -

The hotel was a disaster: no elevator, no pool, no restaurant -- this
was due to Sandy Hurrican from last Nov/Oct. It is now end of May
and these things have not been fixed. I liked their reason to an extent
. . . but by now, should be fixed. -

The staff here was exceptional. There was a problem with my card when I checked in thanks to a previous hotel that week but the front desk agent was able find a way for me to stay. They were very friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a little dated but still comfortable and the air-conditioning was cold. -

The staff was great. The room was spotless. Everything worked. The shuttle bus driver went an extra mile when my wife left her purse in the rental car shuttle bus. This property is under new management and getting better every day... you won't find better service. The location is fantastic--geographically central to attractions and restaurants--and yet quiet and restful--it's surrounded by farms. (Okay, so you might hear an occasional "moo" and the clip clop of passing Amish wagons.) -
