  Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus. Hotel is perfectly located right on the lake and a close walk to everything in town.

You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.

  So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good.   Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Fantastic location. Very nice room. Very well kept and looked after while we were there. Never felt intruded upon by house keeping.
