OM-Gosh! What a hotel.... Firstly the staff are A-mazing and secondly the hotel is just marvellous. This hotel is more like a private members club than a hotel, its chic, suave and sophisticated but by no means 'showey' like most high-end expensive hotels. The attention to detail on furnishings in the drawing room and bedrooms is just exqusite. Dining in the courtyard-just delightful not to mention the food from nextdoor Locana Verde.... Soft-Drinks and Treats in the room are all gratis which .
所有评语 » The closest hotel I have found is the Milestone in London. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience. The decor was beautiful. The staff were so friendly. The Bath was huge and water pressure was awesome in the shower. There were room snacks which were free. It was quiet so slept so well. It was in a great location for shopping in smaller boutique shops. - The design of the room was beautiful and comfortable - Complimentary snacks and mini bar - Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the service was immaculate - Nice area with lots of cafes and restaurants - Room was spacious. Staff engagement, services such as wake up call with complimentary delivery of coffee and newspaper, gym and pool, restaurant menu within hotel, overall ambience. Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant and helpful staff. Modern amenities. Location. Spotting a guest celebrity. European feel. Complimentary items in room. Privacy. We got in very late and the staff from the moment we walked were wonderful. Our room had a European flair. Greenwich Hotel is so special I don't want To share to much other than to say. Home away from home in the greatest city in the world. Great ambience and staff so friendly that it felt like home. Locanda Verde restaurant was excellent. Perfect spot. Great location, very friendly staff. Just one of the best hotels I know. The Greenwich was a beautiful boutique hotel with fantastic personal service. atmosphere, discretion and tranquility. My room was on the 2nd floor and facing the courtyard (which is nice) but just felt it was a little dark during the day. My room didnt have a bath which would have been an added bonus considering what you pay. There was nothing I didnt like. - No Coffee and Tea facilities provided in the room. - Value for money is questionable, however i am glad that i spent this money for a special occasion. Would have appreciated an in room bath and room slightly on the small side for a seven day stay. Too dark inside. Folks with computers who took up whole sofas and nooks. No place to sit in lobby. Sofa in our room was not comfortable. Couldn't get up out of it either. N/A. The pillows were uncomfortable, but that is the ONLY negative I can find!. The service in the breakfast patio could be improve.
