  The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). Room and bathroom was clean and big, and generally warm enough without use of the heater (even in mid-winter).   Staff was amazing - very kind and helpful, highly accommodating. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.

  We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

  Me and my wife love the Aloft. We came here Christmas Eve of 2012 and returned for another stay for my wife's birthday in November 2013. I was surprising my wife taking her out then to the Hotel because she loves it here.
