The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was well decorated, to the level we would normally only expected from a higher priced hotel. We were pleased we could take our small dog, and even more impressed that there was no stains or smells of the other guests dogs as we've sometimes noticed at other hotel chains that allow pets. Their location was right off the highway, so we wasted no time trying to find it. I would ce.
所有评语 » The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone. The staff was really friendly. I had problems with the on-site washer and dryers. One of the ladies washed, dried, and folded our clothes. She used the hotels big washer and dryer which only took about 20 minutes. The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are really clean and big. Rooms are warm and comfortable, clean updated. The staff is very accomodating. We were given 50% off our food bill because the kitchen prepared the wrong sandwich and the waitress spoke to a manager without us asking for anything. We were extremely impressed with that. The service, the staff were unbelievable. We did not like the first room due to the location of the room, we had a handicapped person with us. Asked to change and be closer to the lobby and on the first floor and they immediately accommodated us. There are very few hotels that allow more than 4 guests per room. For the price point, this was a clean, safe option for families of up to 4 kids, in a location that doesn't get anymore convenient to travel on 90. Staff was very friendly. Great pool and hot tub area. Restaurant had a limited menu, but we ate there one evening and our meal was excellent and plentiful. We definitely will stay at the motel again this winter. I liked the comfort of the bed, the cleanliness of the room, helpful cleaning staff, breakfast, pool, and hot tub. These all made our stay very enjoyable. Very helpful staff, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent choices for breakfast. Best breakfast ever at Best Western., good value. Would stay again. Easy check-in and quick check-out...extended check out time of 12:00 P.M. meant we could relax and not rush out. Continental breakfast was great!. I loved the set up of the King room with pull out couch. The newer tvs were great and the pool/hot tub were fun also. The location is great, we came for a shopping trip and Destiny USA was in great distance along with restaurants. Room was nice and clean, staff were friendly. Everything was as great, and even better than I expected!. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. There appeared to be no way to change the temperature of the hot tub, and it was spewing out cold water. The location was kind of on a back road somewhere but there's nothing they can do about that. Had a good stay and the price was nice. The circle to get to Hotel is a bit tricky and can be congested with cars. Would suggest that they have more handicapped rooms with more than 1 bed - also look into the possibility of upgrading a few rooms to suites. Although great for an overnight stopover, the room was a bit small to practically fit more than 4. We happily squeezed in though, for the convenience and frugality of only having to purchase one room. There was nothing we did't like. Not enough towels in room and in pool facility. Also lots of water in elevators and hallways because of pool traffic which made it slippery. Two of us had to leave the pool without towels to dry off. I didn't like that we had to ask 2 times for pool towels. The wait was at least 30 mins. It wasn't the easy for us to find we had a GPS and according to it Old Collamer Rd did not exist! also we tried searching the hotel and had no luck. Hot tub wasnt working. There are no smoking rooms. Said on phone prior to arrival that we could have connecting rooms - but rooms were only next to each other. Not a clear rule on hot tub (told young looking 12 yr. Old children were not allowed; but allowed 10, 12, 14 to stay) No shampoo (2 conditioners). Fridge had buzzing noise off and on through night. Small sign - hard to see at night. Also, mapquest and our gps did not recognize your address. not having the Restaurant open on Sunday, the tub looked old in the bathroom. Whole place looked just a bit tired. I didn't have an opportunity to relax and enjoy the pool area. the person at check in was not very friendly...she did not smile at all I don't think . There was urine still in the toilet bowl when I entered the room. The eggs were a bit cold at breakfast and the coffee was really bad. We were 4 in our room and called for pillows and towels as there were only enough for 3. We were told they would be right up but never received them. A/C in room not working and the fan was very loud all night on and off. Cleaning staff were rude to us. We had warm water at best for our morning shower. I thought that the cleaning staff started checking rooms alittle earlier than I had anticipated. Only got one breakfast slip, had to ask for one for the second morning. Old and out dated rooms, furniture modern and nice. Bathroom fan did not work...toilet would not flush the first time. Spoke with staff, and they claim the fan never worked, and made no suggestion to call maintenance. Price and terrible hall ways. Not an elevator to 3rd floor. Had to carry luggage up stairs. Pool hours of operation: Pool closes too early!. breakfast selection same every day noise in hallways, facilities not working order, overcrowding of groups in pool. Rooms "tired.". We requested a room change as shirts on one of the double beds had holes in them and the non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke! We were granted a room change but no real apology from the front desk. Walking through the hallway of our first room the morning of check-out (the next day) we realized the smoke smell was even more intense and coincidentally the hallway was filled with young adults who also smelled of smoke!. The facilities were very poor there was no cold water and at 1pm we had to move to another floor with our baggage and the person on duty did not even apologize - Except for Gabrille (supervisor) the was not nice you could even as far as to say rude. Gabrille only charged me for one night. Breakfast buffet needs to be changed up,also tried this hotel a second time,a mistake this time instead of pool being closed the hot tub was cold...weird.Dripping tub facet, phone line crackle,light in and out of working order,etc. No sheets for pull out sofa when we arrived,ran out of toilet paper,maid did not replace our plastics glasses after our first night,we had room 324 and Ithink it was the noiseist room I have ever stayed in and if I would have pulled out the sofa bed no one would have been able to use the bathroom without climbing over the sofa it was in a awkard spot in the room,personally that room should be closed not the ones on the main floor. Drafty, cool in breakfast area, rooms were very dirty and thebeds were terrible.
