  The complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to Cornell was greatly appreciated, as was the free continental breakfasts (waffle-machine was a bonus!). Room and bathroom was clean and big, and generally warm enough without use of the heater (even in mid-winter).   Staff was amazing - very kind and helpful, highly accommodating. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast.   The staff was great as we were warmly welcomed upon arrival, as well as at the breakfast the next morning. The room was well decorated, to the level we would normally only expected from a higher priced hotel. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.
