  Price was best of the rated motels/hotels in Cortland Room was comfortable Whomever cleans the room, does a fine job - and also left an animal "towel sculpture" on the bed - I had never seen that before in hotels or motels - thought it was a neat personal touch Good, strong, fast WiFi signal - much better than most hotels/motels. Staff I interac... 别人怎么说 » ted with were very friendly and courteous - We liked the employee at the front desk when we first arrived at the hotel, there was a big problem with party goers in the hotel where police was had to be called, the host at the desk was very apologetic because she had to relocate us in a different room. All in all in was a good night to stay at the hotel.

  The place was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, cookies at the front desk caused me to gain a pound which I had to work off swimming in the pool. The hotel was very clean and quite modern. Staff were exceptional, especially Ed, he was great with our 2 yr old and made our stay more meaningful with small gestures. You should have more staff as wonderful as he is.
