Whomever cleans the room, does a fine job - and also left an animal "towel sculpture" on the bed - I had never seen that before in hotels or motels - thought it was a neat personal touch
Good, strong, fast WiFi signal - much better than most hotels/motels.

We liked the employee at the front desk when we first arrived at the
hotel, there was a big problem with party goers in the hotel where
police was had to be called, the host at the desk was very apologetic
because she had to relocate us in a different room. All in all in was a
good night to stay at the hotel.

The place was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was great. The staff
was friendly and helpful, cookies at the front desk caused me to gain
a pound which I had to work off swimming in the pool. Great stay would
do it again. -

The rooms are very comfortable for their size, very modern and clean.
The hotel's ambience, while trendy and modern, remains unpretentious and warm - great choice of music. The small size of the overall hotel (55 rooms) allows them to take good care of their guests.
Nice location (SoHo, NoLita, Chinatown). Easy to get around by foot, and to various subway stations.

We originally booked the efficiency which did not have a beach view. They offered an upgrade to a beach view room, but it was slightly smaller. We wound up taking one of the town houses, which was considerably more money, but was well worth it. The staff worked it out for us and was very kind. -

The hotel is right on Seneca lake. There's a beautiful paved path that goes along the water. The hotel was very clean and quite modern. Staff were exceptional, especially Ed, he was great with our 2 yr old and made our stay more meaningful with small gestures. You should have more staff as wonderful as he is.
